LIMITED LIABILTY
~ DanceFun is not liable for the Cancellation of a cruise or port of call due reasons out of our control. Nor is DanceFun liable for non-refundable charges in connection with the group's travel - some cancellation fees may apply.
o Reasons such as, but not limited to:
o Any Cruise Line decision to cancel before or during the cruise (it's not our ship)
o A Ship failure, fire, flood or accident
o An Act of God (weather, flood, hurricane)
o Public Health or safety concerns
o Decision of a Sovereign Government, U.S. or other nation
o An Act of Terrorism

~ DanceFun is not liable for injuries incurred during any dance activities, such as dances, workshops and DanceFun sponsored shore excursions. You are dancing and traveling at your own risk.
~ DanceFun will make every effort to provide the best dance experience possible as outlined in our promotional materials. However DanceFun will not be held liable for schedule changes due to changes or cancellations in the ship's itinerary or on board schedule (it's not our ship). Furthermore DanceFun will not be held liable due to the inability of a staff member to fulfill their agreed participation. In the event of changes to schedule or personnel, DanceFun will make every effort to provide a similar dance experience.
~ DanceFun will not refund any portion of a cruise due to a grievance with a staff member.
~ DanceFun is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged articles or travel documents.
~ All Cruise, air, and ground transportation pricing and related related charges are subject to change without notice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended. This covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, major medical (especially outside of the U.S.), baggage protection, a worldwide emergency number for emergency assistance, replacement of travel documents, emergency cash, and much more. The cost is based on your age and the total cost of your trip. Many times it is quite reasonable (example: $1500.00 basic coverage, age 35-59 is about 5% or $77.00). Solicitation of DanceFun guests is strictly prohibited. DanceFun wishes to protect the integrity our Instructor's client bases and our guest's privacy.
That includes, but is not limited to:
~ Collecting of the group's contact info such as email, phone, or mailing address
~ The advertising of other cruises - dance or otherwise to any DanceFun Guest

Note: DanceFun reserves the right to bar person(s) from DanceFun group activities if found involved in soliciting guests. DanceFun Activities are DanceFun Sponsored Dances, Workshops, Shore Excursion(s) and Group Dinner Seating.
