"...is one heck of a party!" Pre/Post Cruise & Calle Ocho Packages These packages are designed to fly in one day before the cruise (Saturday, March 4th) and return one day after the Cruise and "Calle Ocho" (Monday, March 13th). We will be flying round trip on American Airlines, non-stop to Miami. We are staying at the Port of Miami Holiday Inn Downtown (see photo tour !) which overlooks Miami's Biscayne Bay. It is located in the heart of downtown Miami, across from the world-class Bayside Marketplace with over 96 specialty stores and 14 renowned restaurants. The hotel is located near everything ! And the Bayside Market Place has lots of eateries, shopping and Nightlife - like Gloria & Emilio Estavan's Restaurant & Night Club "Bongos Cuban Cafe" Going in a day early will allow us to dance in Miami on Saturday Night with locals and/or visit "South Beach" - the place to play in Miami. Also when flying from the West Coast on Sunday -- catching the ship can be tight on time. Many flights arrive after 2:30 pm and the ship departs at 4:00 pm. If a plane is late, the Cruise Line sees it as your responsibility to meet the ship at the next port - in this case, Grand Cayman. Returning a day later allows us to spend Sunday, March 12th at Calle Ocho and if their is any energy left -- still have Sunday Night to see more of Miami, returning Monday. (South Beach will be up ! -- You can always sleep on the plane !) Space is limited -- first come first served !
